Our honeymoon stay at the hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The room on the 33rd floor with a jaw-dropping view of the famous landmark was exceptional. The rooftop bar, Cityzen, was super fun and lively, and we couldn't get enough of the stunning rooftop pool with its heated water and quasi-jacuzzi feel. The spa services were top-notch, and the staff were all incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The design of the hotel was impressive, and it was conveniently located near major attractions. The restaurant 12f, Balta, offered excellent service with a personal touch of caring. The customer service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the staff were always respectful and helpful. We can't think of anything to criticize about our stay and can't wait to stay here again!
